1. Post Name : Addl. General Manager (HR&A) – for Vadodara Unit
Qualification : Post graduate degree in Human Resources/Social Work/Labour Welfare from institute/college of repute. LLB will be preferred.
Experience : Minimum 20 years post qualification experience in industrial establishments of repute, out of which not less than 05 years as Head of HR. He will have to look after areas of human resource management including Industrial Relations, Contract Management Systems and day today administrative matters. The exposure to SAP and computer literacy would be added advantage.
Age : Preferably not more than 50 years
2. Post Name : Assistant (HR&A) on Fix-Term-Contract For Surat Lignite Power Plant & Baroda Unit
Qualification : Graduation from reputed university with minimum 50%. Candidates having law graduation and exposure to SAP working and computer literacy would be preferred.
Experience : Minimum 5 years Experience in the HR functions including statutory compliance of a large industrial unit.
Age: Not more than 35 years
3. Post Name : Post Name : Dy. General Manager (Security & Fire) For Surat Lignite Power Plant
Qualification : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution. ExServiceman not below the rank of Captain (Army wing) or equivalent rank, like Dy. Commandant/ Asst. Commandant from CISF.
Experience : Must have at least 17 years of experience including minimum 3 years experience in a large industrial undertaking on a responsible position. Candidate should be familiar with Fire Fighting, Security and Vigilance activities in large scale Industrial Establishments. He should have flair for vigilance, liaisoning with local and Government bodies.
Age : Preferably not more than 50 years
4. Post Name : Sr. Manager/Manager (Safety) For Surat Lignite Power Plant
Qualification: A First Class Graduate in Engineering/Environment Science/Science (full time) with Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (recognized for appointment as Safety Officer under statute) from a government recognized institute. Additional qualification in Ecology & Environment Conservation, fire services and Disaster Management will be an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 15 years (for Sr. Manager), 13 years (for Manager) post qualification experience in safety department of a large process/chemical or thermal power plant is essential. Exposure to ISO-14000 and ISO – 18000, Certified First Aider by St. Johns Ambulance or Indian Red Cross Society. Computer literacy is a must.
Age : 45 years
5. Post Name : Assistant Manager (Security) For Surat Lignite Power Plant
Qualification : Full time Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution. Subedar Major (Honorary Caption) retired/released on completion of SSC Contract from Defence Force/ Inspector Rank /equivalent rank from para-military forces like CISF/CRPF/ITBP/BSF.
Experience : Must have minimum 3 years of supervisory level industrial experience, preferably in large/ medium size industries. Candidate should be familiar with Fire Fighting operations (optional) and should have a flair for vigilance, liaisoning with local and Government bodies and functions related with industrial security and vigilance Candidate should possess sound physique.
Age: Not above 45 years, however for deserving cases age will be relaxed by 5 years
6. Post Name : Sr. Technician (Fire)
Qualification : B.Sc with Sub-Officer Course or B.Sc Fire from Govt. recognized institute/from any Government organization like CISF Training Institute, Nagpur Fire Training Institute etc.
Experience : Minimum 5 years Experience in fire fighting department of a large process/chemical/ petrochemical or thermal power plant is essential. Candidates with a basic course in first aid & safety will be preferred.
Age : Not more than 35 years

Qualification : Graduation from reputed university with minimum 50%. Candidates having law graduation and exposure to SAP working and computer literacy would be preferred.
