Educational Qualifications: He / She will possess relevant university
degree in social sciences, or equivalent. Master’s degree or higher in

Experience : Previous experience of minimum 15 years in conducting
baseline assessments,M&E, proven skills in data analysis and statistics,
proven ability to design and develop data bases and excellent communication
& report writing skills in English. At least 5 years of experience in
government projects, preferably in TVET sector

of field surveys, statistics packages, data analysis and interpretation
presentation. Post qualification experience in field of industry or placement
Agency is preferable.
