Educational Qualification :
Any Graduate with minimum 2nd Class Degree in Law from a reputed University.
Those qualified under the five (5) Years Integrated Course will also be
considered.
Experience :
Total three years experience out of which minimum 1 year of working experience
in any industrial establishment and should have working experience of –
(i) Contract Laws, Labour Laws & Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
(ii) Civil matters & Land Matters
Ideal candidate should able to independently represent at Conciliation Offices
/ Revenue Offices (Deputy Collector / Mamlatdar) / Courts / High Court/
Tribunals as well as before Arbitrator.
Age Limit : Not above 40 Years as on the date of Application.
