Experience :
- The Company is looking forward to hiring a dynamic & experienced person for the post of Complex Head having following pre-requisites: -
- A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemical Engineering from a reputed University / Institution. A Post-Graduate degree / Diploma in Business Administration is desirable. (Mechanical Engineer may be preferred If having relevant experience).
- Age should not be more than 55 years as on Date of Advertisement. (Can be relaxed for deserving candidates).
- A Minimum of 25 years of all-round experience in diverse areas including Plant Operations & Maintenance, Project Implementation, Corporate Planning, Strategic Planning preferably from Chlor-Alkali / Allied Chemicals & Petro Chemical Industry. Applicant should have demonstrated successful leadership with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as ‘Plant Head’ of a Manufacturing Unit.
- She / He should be capable in handling operations and engineering. He/ She should be capable to ensure maintenance of continuous process in the plant and adhere to the targeted production schedules in a cost-effective manner along with on time execution of projects and high level of judgement, excellent interpersonal skills, maturity, discretion, tact, integrity and work ethics.
- The person with the experience in Caustic Chlorine / Chemical industry will be preferred. Proven track record to lead across various business functions. Ability of ensuring forward and backward linkages/arrangements viz. raw materials, Coal, Power, infrastructure, marketing arrangement including strengthening the dealer network, and other logistical infrastructure
