Running : 1.6 Km run to be completed in 6 minutes 30 Second for Male & 1.6 Km run to be completed in 8 minutes for Female
Squats (Uthak Baithak) : 20 for Male & 15 for Female
Push-ups : 12 for Male
Bent Knee Sit-Ups : 10 for Female
